About the Fore-rib cut
The fore-rib is a show-stopping roast cut from the cow's shoulder area. This impressive piece of meat, sold bone in for presentation, boasts rich flavour due to its well-marbled nature. The fat marbling not only adds taste but also helps keep the meat juicy throughout slow roasting, making it a perfect centrepiece for a special occasion.
A 2 bone piece will feed 3-5 people, whilst a 3 bone will feed 6-10 people.
