The 2GR programme uses Full-Blood Wagyu cattle that grazes in 39,000 acres in Western Australia. They use farming techniques that match those in Japan and the cattle are carefully cared for, bread and reared carefully by the famous Rinehart family.

Because this is 100% Japanese DNA wagyu, it has a rich buttery melt in your mouth flavour which is akin to the wagyu from Japan.
