Our cattle are raised in Yorkshire on a strict grass-fed diet. They're raised carefully and dry-aged to intensify their beefy flavour. The extra 14-days it spends dry aging compared to our normal range makes for a nuttier, more flavourful and even more special dinner.

About the sirloin cut

The sirloin is a cut of beef that comes from the area between the ribs and the rump of the cow. It's located just behind the short loin where you find cuts like the T-bone and porterhouse steaks. The sirloin is prized for its balance of tenderness and rich beefy flavour.
