Ollie's Kimchi - 350g

Made in Fish Island by a talented fermentor and pickle master of all vegetables, Oliver has produced a delicious, flavourful and slightly spicy Kimchi, that has a depth of flavour that perfectly accompanies a rich beefy dish. Goes amazingly well with Galbi. 

Ingredients: Napa cabbage, daikon, shallot, carrot, spring onion, ginger, gochugaru chilli flakes, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt, sugar), garlic, miso (barley miso [barley, soybeans, salt], rice miso [soybeans, rice, salt], glutenous starch syrup, flavourings), glutenous rice flour. 
Allergens: soya, wheat, may contain traces of sesame.
